Terms of Service
These terms apply to RankAI SEO (“the app”), a Shopify app operated by FutureTechiez (proprietor Ashif Iqbal), India. By installing or using the app you agree to them. Questions: workwidashif@gmail.com.
1. The service
The app analyses your Shopify store for SEO, generates suggested content with AI, runs technical SEO audits of your public store pages, and, if you connect it, shows your Google Search Console data. Features may change over time.
2. Your account and use
- You must be authorised to manage the Shopify store where you install the app, and any Google Search Console property you connect.
- Use the app only for your own store. Do not attempt to access other stores’ data, overload the service, or reverse engineer it.
3. AI-generated content and publishing
- Suggestions are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Review them before publishing. You are responsible for the content published on your store, including product claims and legal compliance.
- If you turn on automatic publishing, you accept that changes are applied without individual review. Previous versions can be restored from the app.
4. No guaranteed results
Search rankings, AI search visibility, traffic and sales depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular result.
5. Fees and limits
Any paid plans are billed through Shopify and shown before you accept them. The app may limit AI usage per store per month; limits are shown in the app.
6. Third-party services
The app relies on Shopify, Railway, Anthropic and, if connected, Google. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for misuse. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
